Payment must be made in full for a confirmed reservation.
Should you wish to cancel your stay, a full refund will be given up to 7 days prior to your stay.
If you should need to cancel within 7 days of the date of your arrival, no refund will generally be given but we will do our best to accommodate a change to the booking.
Check-in is usually after 14:00 and check-out by 11.00 unless otherwise agreed
